AFTER A DECADE-LONG CAREER IN MEDIA, STARTUPS, MARKETING & CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS, I FOUND MYSELF BURNT OUT, Mentally + PHYSICALLY BREAKING AND COMPLETELY UNFULFILLED, QUESTIONING MY PURPOSE IN LIFE.
The world of corporate work for a sensitive, feeling-type, ADHD-prone and often anxiously caffienated human always felt oddly ill-fitting. I have spent a lifetime learning how to calm an inner chaos of ideas, worries, dreams and fears, and discovered after a complete spiritual, mental and emotional breakdown of identity in my late twenties, that my natural setpoint in this lifetime was to identify as a 'Creative'.
Ever since then, I have never stopped chasing after a life that feels calm, light, energised and connected to a purpose. I also realised what often comes with a large right-brain, is a large amount of mental chaos. I now specialise in working with passionate and soulful women (Yes, I'm absolutely talking about you :-) ) to overcome their creative blocks and bring their ideas to life through providing tools, templates, strategy and digital design.
Nothing brings me more joy than seeing small businesses and heart-centred, mission-based women overcome their setbacks in life, step into their power, and fully dive in and embrace their own unique, messy, authentic creative journey and manifest their own reality and financial freedom.
If we're talking shop and paperwork, I have over 12 years of experience in marketing, communications, journalism and digital business, with a degree in Behavioural Science (Psychology), a Graduate Diploma in Journalism and currently delving deep into exploration by strengthening my journey of supporting others to heal and grow emotionally through a Masters in Clinical Counselling & Psychotherapy.
